Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. Be aware that it's possible for your order to be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and in the same state as when you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
